What is an ideal daily routine which will keep us healthy? What to expect from our routine. Ayurveda daily routine helps to answer your questions?

Ask yourself these three questions and answer them honestly.
  1. First one, what is your daily routine? You might outline it as waking up, getting ready and going to work, lunch at nearby café, coming back, having dinner and at last going to bed.
  2. The second question is what your routine is on weekends. You might highlight it as which starts with waking up at 10 am or late, eating, relaxing, watching some television and catching up with friends and family.
  3. Finally, think about an ideal routine that you want to live every day. This question might leave you blank with a deep thinking.

Actually, we do not know what to expect from our daily routine. So what is an ideal daily routine? Many of you might not answer this question and might say it is not possible as your lives are too busy to make any changes. On the other hand, some of you might be delighted upon hearing this question.

Now, list down the things you really want to do regularly. Now, take your attention back to the answers once again.
  • Do you have a routine where it is all balanced in your personal life, social life and professional life?
  • Are you aware of the status of your physical, psychological, spiritual and social health?
  • Are you contributing anything to maintain a healthy life? Furthermore, the most important thing to ask is, are you investing the time properly into your daily activities?

Investing right in your time-
Time investment is the biggest venture in our life. If we are not in accordance with time, we are not prospering. The rule of time lies in doing the right thing at the right time. For example, it is important to take care of our health and well being when we are young and can afford to invest in a healthy living.

It is not much helpful to stress about our health when we have crossed the age periphery and standing at the edge of life and start seeking some anti-aging or long life miracles. Rather, this should be the time to enjoy the fruits of our karmas. It is so obvious today that we are busy earning materialistic things and ignore our health. At the end we suffer from horrible diseases and cannot enjoy the wealth, we worked so hard our whole life.
